hmmm.. i finally found time to search the webby to decipher my dreams... u know, i always have this dream tt my teeth are dropping. And whenever i wake up i'll reach to touch if my teeth are still in tact.. how weird rite?

Teeth represent the fidelity to self, the degree to which we support our decisions, respect our inner choices and remain true to what we love. Having your teeth harmed or removed reflects a compromise or decision which involved a deep and highly personal cost. False, loose or crumbling teeth reflect stresses, problems and difficulties at work. For a woman, to dream of a tooth loss and severe gum bleeding denotes that she is involved into an abusive relationship. Seeing healthy white teeth in the dream indicates that you have much personal freedom.

TEETH
Back to the
TOP
Falling out; means that you may have an upsetting experience with someone or something. Or, simply put, unpleasant news.
To have your teeth cleaned or brushing your teeth; you have to fight for what is yours.
Admiring; good news is coming.
Toothless; Powerlessness over progressing.

Toothless
To dream that you are toothless, signifies your inability to reach your goals and advance toward your interests. Gloom and ill health will be part of your setbacks

"My Teeth Are Falling"
Dreams that your teeth are falling out are the most common dreams we here at Dream Moods receive. Common dream scenarios include having your teeth crumbling in your hands or your teeth falling out one by one with just a light tap. Such dreams are not only horrifying and shocking, but often leaves the dreamer with a lasting image of the dream. So what does it mean?

One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Sadly, we live in a world where good looks are valued highly and your teeth play an important role in conveying that image. Teeth are used in the game of flirtations, whether it be a dazzling and gleaming smile or affectionate necking. These dreams may stem from a fear of your sexual impotence or the consequences of getting old. Teeth are an important feature of our attractiveness and presentation to others. Everybody worries about how they appear to others. Caring about our appearance is natural and healthy.

Another rationalization for these falling teeth dream may be rooted in your fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some specific situation. These dreams are an over-exaggeration of your worries and anxiety.

Teeth are used to bite, tear, chew and gnaw. In this regard, teeth represent power. And the loss of teeth in your dream may be from a sense of powerlessness. Are you lacking power in some current situation? Perhaps you are having difficulties expressing yourself or getting your point across. You feel frustrated when your voice is not being heard. You may be experiencing feelings of inferiority and a lack of self-confidence in some situation or relationship in your life. This dream is an indication that you need to be more assertive and believe in the value of your own opinion.

In the latest research, it has been shown that women in menopause have frequent dreams about teeth. This may be related to getting older and/or feeling unattractive and less feminine.

Traditionally, it was thought that dreaming that you did not have teeth, represent malnutrition which may be applicable to some dreamers.

Other Perspectives
A scriptural interpretation for bad or falling teeth indicate that you are putting your faith, trust, and beliefs in what man thinks rather than in the word of God. The bible says that God speaks once, yea twice in a dream or a vision in order to hide pride from us, to keep us back from the pit, to open our ears (spiritually) and to instruct and correct us.

In the Greek culture, when you dream about loose, rotten, or missing teeth, it indicates that a family member or close friend is very sick or even near death.

According to the Chinese, there is a saying that your teeth will fall out if your are telling lies.

It has also been said that if you dream of your teeth falling out, then it symbolizes money. This is based on the old tooth fairy story. If you lose a tooth and leave it under the pillow, a tooth fairy would bring you money.

and once, i dreamt of my 2nd aunt and grampa... me and my younger bro were somewhr near a place tt seemed to be like a cemetry..

Cemetery
To dream that you are in a cemetery, signifies sadness and unresolved grief.

I thought i chld sleep for the whole of sat noon, but ended up in Marina sq to meet jin, and later flora... we went to the baybeats at esplanade. The music played by Plain sunset was quite nice... yet i was disgusted by the crowd.. There were many pespiring and sticky ppl ard.. and while pushing thru the crowd, some guy's shlder rubbed against my cheek! yucks.. arghh, it was damn disgusting!! Later in the nite met up with sy and Hm at the prata shop near my hse to have supper together. Wat a super duper tiring day...

Sheesh... and funni, duno if Zidane wanted a cool ending for his career... he head butt this guy from Italy.. and got himself a red card. Lolz.. real cool huh?

Supposed to go jogging for everyday for this wk, but was having cramps yesterday... i'll go jogging starting frm tml k? yeah... i need lotsa encouragement and support! lolz... Go go AGAH!!

Finished watchin my vcds... hey Jus... i really can finish the 24discs in 2 days u know... haaha. But coz i was too busy over the wkends, so i started only on Sunday nite when waiting for the soccer match to start. Full House is a nice show... shld go rent and watch.

Oh manz...! Italy managed to kick in 2 goals in the last 2 minutes of the extra time! arghh... Even though i support the Germans, but den I havta admit tt the Italians deserve to win. I duno... somehow i think players like Klose, Ballack, Lahm or Schneider are quite gd players. But den the Germans seemed to be lazy... they always wait for their fellow players to pass them the ball and to wait for the ball to roll at their feet. Seldom I see them running forward to their teammates to help them!!

I nearly got a heart attack watching them play last nite... wah piangz... duno wat they doing. Germany had so many chances of scoring, yet they seemed to had too much energy. They either kicked their ball too high up, or they kick their ball to far away from their teammates. Hadn't they learnt their lesson when kicking against Argentina!?? They're making their mistakes again!

Okies, so now with Italy in the finals, who do u think will be their opponent? France or Portugal? Hmmm... France has old and experience horses like Zidane, Henry, Viera and Ribery.. but den Portugal also has their powerful team including Figo, Ronaldo and the superb goal keeper - Ricardo! I think i'll root for France. heehhe...

With my favourite team Brazil out of the picture... everything seems to unpredictable now. haaha... My gramma woke up half way to peep at me in the living room, I told her thr's live soccer match. haaha... she somehow understood wat I was saying and didn't nag at me to sleep. Daddy came down during the extra 30mins. Funny... I tot guys in my famiy aint interested in soccer. I think I must have influenced him?? lolz...

Tonite will be another exciting match... GO FRANCE GOAL!!!! =)

Day 6 - Our last day in Taipei...

This is the Hong Shao Niu Rou Mian (roasted beef noodles) near Bo Ai street. We had to dig thru our wallets and coins just to pay for this meal, coz we were both broke. We didn't know the Taiwan bank wasn't opened on Sat. Lolz.. This bowl of noodles costs NT$140 = S$7!! Expensive huh?! But i think it was quite worth the money, coz the beef is quite tender and its a very big bowl.

But pity this restaurant doesn't seem to have a name lei... i can't seem to find it. But it has a long queue of locals waiting to fill their stomachs with their delicious noodles.

Hey! Since when we visited America?? Lolz... if not how come thr is this statue of liberty?

Lotsa ppl queuing for the donuts. Yummz...

Jin's cousin's taiwanese friend bought us dinner at this chinese local restaurant. Heard from them tt S'pore's Stefanie Sun always frequent this restaurant whenever she is in town to promote her songs. =)

This was what they ordered. The noodles are the best! The soup is just superb... though it tasted like the normal prawn soup noodles in S'pore. But the best part is tt the soup is refillable. So we can drink to our heart's content!

After dinner we went to have dessert!! lolz... This is the famous dessert stall at Yong Kang Street. Many ppl order this mango ice kacang with mango sorbet on top. Don't drool pls... heehe.

Nite view of the city at Yangmingshan.

This is the presidential office.

This is the green tea the local like to drink.. it doesn't taste as sweet as the green teas we have here. At Taiwan, I've drank many of their green teas, red teas, and also bubble teas. muahhaha...

Taipei 101,... looking cool!
Day 5 - We went to Wu Lai... Hmm.. actually this place isin't tt fantastic la.. It only has a small waterfall, a abandoned mini railway and an up mountain resort. I guess it'll be more suitable if u went thr to play with the water and hot spring.

Can u see the rainbow at the bottom of the waterfall?

This is the lover's walk path... muaahha.. but i'm not there with my lurver... or was i?

This is the Bali Wharf, opposite from the Tam Shui jetty. Does my dressing remind u of the aunties u see in the wet mkts? lolz... the heat was terrible and i only bought 2 jeans and a 3/4s with me. The slipper was newly bought at XiMenDing.

Have u seen such a big aloe vera before? Neither did i...its my 1st too. lolz

If only my face is smaller... i think it looks like a bun. Haahaa..Artistic shot by Ms Jin. I pestered her to help me take a side portrait. The nose is too round, the face is too big, the neck is too short, the eyes are too small... blah blah.

We're at the famous Fisherman's wharf at TamShui. This photo was taken by our fella S'pore visitors. Haaha...

This is called the lover's bridge. No wonder we saw so many couples... Haahha.
Day 4 - We went to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. We're such gd gals aint we? Lolz.. I think seldom u'll hear ppl vising such places, esp for young ppl like us. haahha

OH!! I really lurv this Ferris wheel! Doesn't it look pretty? And the colours just look so nice!!! It is airconditioned in the cabins.. and it'll take around 10/15 mins to complete a single turn.

Can see me??? =(

heehe!! I'm in the cabin on the ferris wheel! HAPPY!! =)

Hey! I can sell this for a post card rite? Beautiful isin't? I snap this picture by myself k? Don't always criticise me for being a bad photographer. Lolz.. I do snap some nice pictures sometimes.

Colourful bright lights of the ferris wheel taken from the ground.

We found this cute Hello Kitty fan while we were shopping at Shilin nite mkt. Haaha... It was really VERY useful. I think its the most morthy item I've invested in. Haahhha...

This is Shilin nite mkt. Look at the crowd! It looks as though it is chinese new yr's eve at Chinatown. There are rows of shops on the left and on the rite, and even in the lanes.. everywhere! and You can find food and bubble tea everywhere too! I lurv their fried and bbq mushroom. YUMMY!!
Day 3- We joined a mini day tour to bring us around. It costs us around S$100. It was quite wroth the $ becoz the places we visit is quite inaccessible and faraway from the Taipei city. We went to Keelung, Jiu Fen, Yeliu...

This place is more like a temple for praying, but with many statues of the 18 Luo hans, and the Buddha.

Looking down from the temple...

Who's back view is tt in the picture? haaha... Ms jin lor...

This is Yeliu Scenic Area... The colour of the grass, the sand and the sea is so matching rite? But mind u, the temperature here is around 36 degrees i think, coz the heat from the ground is really unbearable!! Everyone is either wearing a hat, hiding under the umbrella or doing both! And i regret not borrwing the umbrella from the driver. Haizz...

It really seemed as though we're here for a Geography field trip. Haahaa.. here, we keep seeing potholes, rocks... uneven errosion of the stones.. etc etc

Hey! Who left his/her giant slipper on the rocks?! Please quickly claim back this stinky slipper pls...

Hey!!! We're in Egypt now??! Lolz... obviously not. Yeliu is most famous for its Pharaoh Queen's head. It really looked quite majestic.. and everybody is crowding round it. The background also looked like some kind of desert in Egypt rite? muaahhaha...

This is the 2nd time we came to Yangmingshan, but this time it was to a different part of it. This place is the area where we can see the active sulphur spurts. This place is much cooler than the other places we've been.

This photo is taken in Jiu Fen, in a cafe tt sits on top of the mountain. It has nice scenery view to the bottom of the mountain. And its quite windy up there. This cafe also provides lodging lei...

This is a tea house...The big plastic bag i'm holding is full of muachi. muahhha...Anybody want some?

We ended our day 3 by spending our time at XiMenDing, whilch is just a 5min walk from our hotel. This dessert is found at 1 of the cafe, this dessert is called Little Bear Forrest (direct translation in Chinese). The little bear cookies on top of the ice cream is quite delicious! =)
